1. Advanced Centralized Hot Water System

To meet the demanding standards of a luxury hotel, Santeco engineered and commissioned a seamless, centralized hot water system servicing every guest room and suite. Powered by proprietary Santeco Technology Heat Pump Water Heaters, this system utilizes advanced thermodynamic principles to extract ambient heat from the air and transfer it to the water supply.

This smart utility integration ensures an uninterrupted, high-pressure supply of hot water while drastically lowering the hotel’s carbon footprint and reducing operating energy costs by up to 70% compared to traditional boiler systems.

2. Design and Build of a Massive Resort-Scale Swimming Pool

In addition to the central heating infrastructure, Santeco executed the complete design and build of The Westside's massive signature swimming pool. Engineered strictly to international and US construction standards, the pool serves as a structural and visual centerpiece for the luxury property.
